Greek rush at Georgia Tech continues to be incredibly competitive, so we are pleased to show growth over last year’s recruitment results while continuing to attract the highest caliber of young men. Gamma Alpha is proud announce another Top 5 recruiting class! The chapter welcomes 19 new members this semester hailing from throughout Georgia, the Northeast, and Mexico. Greek rush at Georgia Tech continues to be incredibly competitive, so we are pleased to show growth over last year’s recruitment results while continuing to attract the highest caliber of young men. This group has exciting potential!
Much of our success this year hinged on a vigorous rush event schedule. Summer and fall rush events included river tubing, Atlanta United soccer tailgates, Top Golf outings, house pool parties, National Recruitment Day at the Capital City Club, and a special dinner with Gamma Alpha alumni. Nearly 200 students participated in our recruitment process.
We are also pleased to announce that next semester represents a modern rush milestone for the chapter: we will be seeking to recruit a spring pledge class of 6-8 new members and have a structured spring pledgeship program, similar to our traditional fall pledgeship program. Georgia Tech and the Greek community are encouraging a more active spring rush – we intend to make the most of it!
Finally, we would like to say Thank You to all of our alumni and friends of Sigma Nu who continue to think of us and refer great guys to the chapter for rush. We couldn’t do it without you. Go Snakes!
