Here are 5 reasons Sigma Nu still matters after you graduate, according to your fellow alumni brothers:
“I was a scholarship track team member, in Navy ROTC and a student….as such I had 3 families at GT…my ‘student family’ was GA… a diverse group of men/kids to help me adjust to student life. I developed close friendships that have continued through today. Four brothers were in my wedding. I have participated in fishing trip with 20+ GAs (grad classes 65-72) since I retired.” – James Ransbotham Jr. ‘71
“The most significant thing I have gained has to be lifelong friendships. Still in regular contact with 3 or 4 of my best brothers.” – Michael Flagg
“Friendships made, learning how to work together to accomplish goals, leadership opportunities; Sigma Nu gave me all those things.” – Mike Gross ‘86
“Learning and practicing compromise among intellectually strong individuals with a diversity of opinion, experience, expectations, and outlook.” – Geoffrey Feld ’06
“The close friendships that I made and continue to have to this day.” – Duke Claussen ’79
